In February of 2011, the savvy team at Wiley Publishing's Hoboken, New Jersey headquarters, wisely reached out to me.

They wanted to know if I'd be interested in signing a book deal with them to write a much-needed book on becoming a franchise owner.

 

After hesitating for about 4.3 seconds, I agreed.
