Relationships. They're tricky, sometimes.
The franchisor-franchisee relationship is an interesting one, for sure. The franchise business model is based on the franchisee following the franchisor's blueprint. if the relationship "works out," both parties win.
And, believe or not, the franchisor and the franchisee need to remain very selfish for great things to happen.
