These are some great points to consider when speaking to anyone regarding a franchise. I'd heard horror stories as it relates to your second point about finding qualified help. I spoke with someone about a janitorial franchise, who said it was actually more difficult that one expected to find qualified candidates. Personality is actually a huge factor to consider, because remember, these are your clients!
